Because we have smaller penises. If you consider the clit to be a small residual penis. But on a more serious note, it's called "Sexual Dimorphism", where the "dominant gender" tends to be larger than the opposite sex. Ask a Black widow spider on her take of sexual dimorphism.

A woman is supposed to be of a smaller frame than the male body,so the feet don`t have to support all that muscle & body weight. Besides,Men look silly in heels.

KAZU O - Both men and women can be strong or weak, depending on the person. However, overall, the majority of men can take more of a physical beating because of body density. But there are some men who are much smaller than some women who are thicker.
To say, "men's strongness is just sham " is a false absolute. My wife for example can punch me in the arm as hard as she can and it won't hurt much or leave a mark. I can accidentally pock her on the arm with my finger and it will leave a bruise and hurt her.

the feet are not smaller but slimmer. So they can slip better between the thighs of the man in case of a kick is necessary.

Because women are generally shorter than men and foot size is usually related to height. I am a woman who is just under 5'10" and I wear a size 9 shoe.

Usually the taller your height, the longer your feet - so that you won't tip over I guess. Men on average are taller and larger so it is practical for them to have larger feet.
