I want to kill the weeds,grass,shrubs [ all plant life ], and do it right, so no plant life return for at least 10 years ???????

There is no effective and legal way to do what you are asking.
You will need to apply a soil sterilizer at least once a year per the labels instructions

I havent met anyone who would wish to kill all the plants. I would be devestated if anyone harmed my tiny little garden. Sorry.. i cant help you on that

this is one dumb question if you do this to the soil there will be run off and it can go into the water supply and then you are in trouble with the gov.

open a dog kennel and exercize lot.... Nothing will grow after awhile.....
