The old age answer still rings true today... time heals all wounds. It might not heal them 100% but it definately helps. For now, just cry and let it out. Death of a loved one is not easy for even the strongest souls to cope with. Peace

You are doing the right thing. Crying is essential.
Experiencing death is part of the human experience.
Sometimes talking about the person helps. Or looking at pictures.
You might have times when you just block out the pain, which is ok too for awhile.
And spend time remembering the good things and what she meant to you.

It is very hard to cope with the loss of a loved one. No one can tell you exactly what to do. However, I can tell you that crying is good, however your Aunt would not want you to make yourself sick by continuing. She would want you to miss her, but go on with your life. And it will be hard for some time, but think of the good things about her and celebrate her life, not her loss.

There are many books written to help you understand death and dying. Crying is also a way of coping. You do need to have that period of morning where you will be sad and cry. Its normal and healthy to do that.

It is hard to lose someone that you love, and everyone grieves for their love ones. just know they might not be there in person but they will always be there in your heart. as time goes by it will ease up. cry and let it out, don't keep that in. sorry for your lost.
