I have a 97 Ford Explorer that just had a major tune up, but everytime I come to a stop the whole truck vibrates. I know plenty about cars but I cant tell what is causing the vibration. ITS DRVING ME NUTS . can anyone give me some tips on how to locate the source?

4.0 SOHC v6 engine
6 speed 5R55E automatic transmission
Borg warner automatic transfercase
DANA Differentials

just got new
spark plugs
spark plug wires
k&n air filter
Tornado
fuel filter
fuel system cleaned

While doing the tune up did they mess with your timing? May need timing set up a bit higher
