If you are using Yahoo Sitebuilder, there is not a good way. If you build Flash pages, the easiest way to get them on your site is to FTP them, which requires you know how to get into your site with FTP. The easiest FTP client I have found is free and hidden as a "Tool" in Mozilla Firefox, a browser. It is Firefox is a popular free browser and comes with the FTP tool.
