NO, I wouldn't drink if you are in the first trimester. Once you are further along (at least past 12 weeks) you can drink it moderately. I don't think it is a HUGE deal, so don't panic if you have been drinking it. It's all just precautionary. Some herbs in teas are a stimulant to the uterus, and you don't want that until after 36 weeks.
I left you a website I used to see what kind of teas are safe for now.

I would stick to peppermint water.
Boil water and stick a few pieces of peppermint candy in it. You can add touch of honey.
At tea factories the tea leafs are by each other. Do you trust that they will not make a mistake and get a leaf in your tea?
For now I would stick to the water base.
