Where would you rather live in San Juan P.R. or Miami Florida, My family have to choose within these two?

We have two jobs offers one is in San Juan P.R. the other in Miami Florida, we are a family of 5 (teenager kids); which of these two should we choose?

Miami, the governmental infrastructure is tremendously better; locally and federally. San Juan is a great place, but they're no America. Now, there are tax benefits in PR if you plan on buying ahouse, etc... but they probably don't make up for the type of benefits you'll get by living in Miami; as long as you don't move to the ghetto.

P.R. is cheaper, but I'd choose Miami because you won't be stuck on an island and you can travel easier.
