I have a scratch looking thing down about 4 inchs down my crack. Does anyone know what this could be from?

One possibility is from sweating. The dampness there leads to a scratch-looking sore. This seems to happen to people with a little extra weight on them more often than skinny people. If this is the problem, you can try to keep it dry and put Neosporin on it to help heal it faster.

It most likely a stretch mark. Did you put on a little extra weight or go through a growth spur?

it could be that during the night, you are itching down there and that is what might of created the scratch. i highly doubt that it is anything to worry bout but i would ask you doctor for you next check up.
