The closer u get to it?
A bit like the story I heard of a guy who dreamed he was going to die in Baghdad, so he went as far as possible from Baghdad ...only to die there and when he was dying he realised that the city in his dream wasn't Baghdad, but the one in which he was dying( I forget the name of the city)
Does it make u believe in "fate" and destiny?

fate and destiny are the two controlling factors in every ones live. i have a few things i run from but sadly they get closer ever day, i could just get up and leave, walk right out the door and never return to this god forsaken town, but i know that one of them is my destiny so why fight it, to conquer your fears is to face them head on

The thing I try to run away from all the time yet it keeps getting closer and closer is debt. The damned thing won't stay out of my life.

you are correct pretty lady. and i also feel. the harder you run behind something, the farther that goes away from you.
