Fast and easy: quesidilla, apple yogurt salad (mix chopped apples and yogurt), pigs in blankets (hot dogs with the crescent dough around them), any type of salad, grilled cheese sandwiches (espcially if you have pesto sauce and mushrooms and maybe some chicken---yum!--this one uses a white cheese such as mozarella, though), spaghetti with alfredo sauce (cream with paremsan and butter), hamburger, tacos (hamburger with onions and cumin or taco seasoning), nachos (especially if you have black beans or taco meat), taco soup (hamburger meat cooked with beans, tomato sauce, and corn. crumble chips up in the bowl and garnish with sour cream), cold soups (blend fruit--strawberries, mango, whatever), hot soups (easy and fast, especially if you get it out of the can). macaroni and cheese, cookie sandwiches (ice cream between two cookies), pbj sandwiches, hobo sandwiches (peanut butter and bannana), cucumber and raddish salad (with green onion, all stirred in with sour cream and a bit of salt), ham and egg salad (cubed ham, boiled and cubed eggs, corn, peas, sour cream and mayo. this is my favorite), and I'm sure there are plenty of other ideas out there, too.
