I had the EXACT same thing, I would pass out if I was in a restuarant during my first trimester, it was horrible...it just means you had alot oh the HCG hormones in your body which isn't a bad thing.....good luck and congrats!!!

Yes, normal if you want to call it that.
You expect nothing like this, it bugs the crap out of you. You thought you would enjoy more things. You figure this is not what I thought it was going to be like. I'M SICK OF BEING SICK!
This is what i would tell any of the ladies I help. (Studying further for postnatal Doula 5 births)
Talk to a dietitian. Change in diet sometimes helps.
Seek for a counselor, this should be fun dang it..kind of thing. Talking relieves so much.
Learn massage therapy, you or your husband can do wonders with massaging your body.
White noise...like using a fan or a clicking clock for a deeper sleep.
Good luck Hun and congrats. Remember next time might not be like this. Do not let it stop you if you want more children in the future,

I don't think the pregnancy is bad. Trust the docs, they wouldn't lie and tell you good if it really wasn't. Most of the physical issues (dizzy, shortness of breath, shaky)are your body trying to give all it needs to baby, which is usually more than you have. Try light exercise, and multi-vitamin with iron. Nothing strenuous. You might need to eat more small meals per day and healthy snacks to keep nutrition up which gives more fuel for the baby as well as for yourself. Feeling like pms, irritible, anxiety, depression and stuff like that is the unbalance of your body's natural chemicals.Mention it to the doc,he/she might be able to suggest something. I wish you all the best to get thru pregnancy.

don't worry all of this is normal!! you can't breathe as well because your uterus is pressing up against your lungs and other organs... a lot of the others have to do with all the hormones. but please dont worry, if everything is looking good in your tests and your doctor isn't worried, then you shouldn't be.
i had a lot of problems with my pregnancy, in and out of the hospital.... but you are past the risk of miscarrage, and are more than halfway there!! be excited, your baby will be here soon!
