when do breast stop growing and how can you make them bigger?

bout two years ago i started my period and im now beginning to develope. but it feels like it is taking forever and when i see the girls at my highschool i feel a bit uncomfortable because i dont have large breast like them.

how can i make them bigger or grow faster and when do boobs stop growing???
