I heard that in olympics some women champions try to be pregnant at the time of their match I want to know what is the benefits of this job? what is the effect of prenanty at this time?

That's kind of an odd thing to hear because once you get pregnant, your doctor doesn't really want you to be doing some seriously stressing activities like... the Olympics. The only possibility I can imagine is that being pregnant increases your body's blood volume thus giving your body more oxygen to use as energy.

As long as you don't put your body through undue stress, the baby will be fine. If you are overweight before you get pregnant, then don't overdo it. If you are a gym rat before you get pregnant, as long as your doctor clears you, you can do just about anything (no heavy weights)

thats insane, they test you , they wouldnt let you compete pregnant. they dont want the legal mess if you lost the baby.
