Depending what your strengths are, you might consider a home business. It's nice because you start on a level playing field and if you are determined to really turn your life around, this is a way to do it without revealing your past to anyone. I believe it helps to clear away the 'felon mentality', because you are starting fresh and working towards something without all the baggage.

You may want to try Vocational Rehab. Services.
You may want to ask your local employment office for the phone number. I would also look in the yellow pages of the phone book or call social services. These agencies may be able to help you find employment. The salvation army may be able to help you with some information on employment also. You may want to talk with some of the local staffing firms.
