now the case is going to a grand jury. How can this happen when the male was never questioned or arrested. When does the male get to make his case. Since the grand jury meets privately, and its her word against his word, how is this considered fair. The male has never been given a chance to speak.

If the grand jury decides that charges should be filed, this man will have his day in court to speak his part. A grand jury does not convict someone of a crime, they only recommend that charges be filed and further legal proceedings be pursued.

Now in today's world, anyone who is accused of doing a disgusting crime such as this one isn't given the time of day, because nobody wants to hear you say you didnt touch a little girl who you consider "pure" or "innocent"

If truly innocent, get an attorney right away. Don't just wait till they are ready for bear and you are not. If you did it, prepare to be molested yourself if your lucky. Bubba will make you his bit@h or kill you.
