Why is credit for women's acheivements always denied to them by the patriarchy?

Mileva Maric, an aspiring physicist, age 21, met Albert Einstein at
the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich when he was 17. They became lovers, had an illegitimate daughter in 1902, then
married. In 1905, Einstein published 3 papers in a single issue of
the journal Annalen der Physik. The theory of relativity was among
them.

In 1987, his letters to her were published. Some of the language in the letters makes them sound like research partners. "How happy and proud I will be when the two of us will have brought OUR WORK on the relative motion [relativity] to a victorious conclusion!"

That's right Albert Einstein's WIFE discovered the theory of relativity but she got no creditJUST LIKE I GOT NO CREDIT WHEN I GOT IN THE TOP TEN ANSWERERS IN THIS SECTION BUT MY ACCOUNT GOT BANNED FOR ABUSE. ALL I WANT IS CREDIT FOR MY ACHIEVEMENTS WHY IS THIS DENIED TO ME BY THE PATRIARCHY?!

This statement was obviously made in jest, but it's an important point. Just because one is intelligent or knowledgeable does NOT mean one is allowed to belittle or insult others. ANYONE who believes this out there is sorely mistaken. Treat others with courtesy and argue in a civil manner; it's really that simple.

Er... to answer the question, probably because the patriarchy hates wimmin. (Or is it womyn? Sorry, I'm behind these days.)

Women attend school, learn to read, .... etc .... only because men are willing to defend the country from invaders. By deduction, women contribute nothing of value to men.
