There isnt an ACTUAL CHERRY being popped. As long as the girl doesn't force you out there is no reason to stop. It may hurt her or it may not. It depends on her. Nothing bad will happen if you keep going after breakin the hymen.

I really doubt you'll ever have that experience. Why would you stop? If she didn't tell you before you started she wouldn't tell you while you were at it. You'd only find out after by the blood, and that could be because she's having her period.
