What handicaps, what technology?There are hundreds of ways to help handicapped people, technology could be anything from electric mobility and lifts to put them in a van, to computerized artificial arms and legs. There are so many things that could help me that are out there. They are just too expensive for people like me. That's what's bad, You know some one could make your life easier and better less painful and no body cares.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean, other than the medical profession has a TON of technology readily available for the handicapped. However, the handicapped person has to have overcome their situation and be willing to accept the help if they need it, because someone who does not want to be helped can not be helped.
