okay, when i control panel and all that other good stuff, my computer wont let me out a picture as my desktop background or any of them in that scroll box on the left. It will only let me put a color. and i dont want color i want and actual desktop background.... anyone know whats wrong....or what to do? youll be best answer if your method works and 10 points =]

Right click the desired picture you wish to save on your desktop and click "set as desktop background"

Sorry, but trouble shooting a computer problem I can't see is difficult without being in live communication to know exactly what it is doing and being able to walk you through the process. Also Things like Operating System, Amount of RAM, and other system details are alot of help.
The best I can do, without more information is tell you to shut your computer off and wait 5 to 10 minutes before turning it back on. Normally doing that one or 2 times fixes most minor problems. if that doesn't work, you will have to e-mail myself or someone else for tech support.
