You know what, this time right now? Its all about you!! Do what you need to do for yourself. What do you like to do? Was there ever something you wanted to do, but haven't? Even if you can't get excited about something right now, try to think of things that give you even the smallest twinge of hope, excitement, or happiness. Hurting yourself and making yourself sick over something you can't control is not good for your body or your precious life. Just think about it. Come on, girl, do something special for yourself and only yourself. Trust me, from one woman to another. ;)

I'm so sorry to hear such terrible news!
I can't believe he would just up & leave for no reason. Maybe he just got scared, but that doesn't make it right. He should have talked to you about it. That was not very nice of him, you definately deserve better. If that's the way he handles stress, then maybe it's better that he left.
It will probably take a long time to get over it. You should try to talk to someone about it, involve yourself with your friends & family, & don't become a hermit. Maybe going to a therapist will help.
Honestly, though, it's definately better to find out if the relationship is not going to work now... rather than after you're married. That would be even more devastating.
Good luck to you.

Counseling, it is the only route if you are that bad off. Plenty of help is available, look in your local yellow pages or call your local hospital. Some work on a sliding scale so money isn't going to matter. Call someone, make an appointment, get on the road to recovery, depression is a lousy place to be, chin up sweetie!

Try to live life in a positive manner, ice creams, long distance running, vent your fustration by kick boxing.
Fill your life with events and work and move away from the relationship scene a bit.
You will need to get yourself healthy for it, during this time I think you will need to go on anti depressant, consult your doctor of coz.
In the future, someone better will come, and he will be the one for you, till then, stay happy.
Cheers
