What is the guideline for buying a strapless bra? I've heard you should adjust the size from what you normally fit into when buying strapless?

I would go to Victoria secret and have them measure and tell you. You dont have to buy on there if it is too expensive, but then you know what you are looking for.

I always go one size smaller so that it is tight enough to stay put. Also, any department store or Victoria Secret give free bra fittings for any kind of bra.

I would go one size smaller so, number one: it would stay put. Number two: it would push the, up more so they look nicer. You should be able to try them on at any store.
