I have had my nipple peirced for 5 years and had a ring in for majority of that time, It flares up occasionally, but my peircer said that is to be expected with being a female and wearing bra's that rub against the peircing and what not... and i noticed that the ring had migrated from being a horizontal piercing to being more diagonal now, which is also a problem caused by bra's.. (I cannot go without a bra either as i have large breasts..) I have tried a barbell and it seemed great at first but is a lot harder to clean... I'm wondering if a teflon barbell will be better as it is more flexible, or if a sheild would be best as it would secure the whole nipple in place and not spin... have any other females overcome this problem?? thanks... :)
