the easy formula for bases is: n(b)^(v-1) where'n' is the actual numeral associated with the sign in the value place, 'b' is the base and 'v' is the place value from the right of the number.

for example in base 3 the place held by the numeral 2 in the number 120010 is 2x3^4 because the numeral is '2' the base is '3' and the place value is the fifth from the right of the number thus the power would be 5-1 or 4.

a base ten number is one that is counted on the decimal system... (the one that we use normally that goes from 0-9 in each value) that means that each digit (value bracket) is worth 0-9 of that value. example: 74 is 7 out of 10 tens and 4 out of 10 ones thus 70+4

a)
342 in base five would be (3x5^2) + (4x5^1) + (2x5[^0])
or you could say.3x25 + 4x5 + 2x1
thus 75 + 20 + 2 OR 97

b) i believe that you may have gotten that numeral copied wrong, because there are only 12 numerals for example 0-9,a,b or A-L or the such and thus i don't think there is a proper value for the 'numeral' T or O

c) base two is also called binary and it is similar to the other bases. in this example... 101101 has six places so the values would be .....

(remember that anything to the power of zero is one!)

2^5 + 2^4 + 2^3 + 2^2 + 2^1 + 2^0
_1___0____1____1____0___1
32+..0.+..8.+..4.+...0..+..1.. OR 45

I HOPE THAT HELPS
