When I was 15, I went a whole summer without a period. My first period was when I was 12. For the first few years, you might have long periods (excuse the pun) of time in between periods. It can take awhile to get regulated. I wouldn't worry too much, but if you do have concerns, I would talk to your mom or someone else you feel comfortable talking to about this kind of thing. They may be able to help you find information or schedule an appointment with their gynecologist. I hope this helps. I remember feeling really concerned when it happened to me...I was so relieved when I found out that it was pretty common. I hope this helps! Good luck.

I wouldn`t worry too much if I were you.

Besides, you`re still a virgin so it can`t be anything too serious like an STD or an unwanted pregnancy, thank God!

Irregular periods are very common, especially at your age.

Once, I didn`t have a period for about four months and I was sexually active so I thought I was pregnant but I wasn`t, unfortunately for me.

Are you in any kind of pain at all?

If you`re really anxious & worried, you could always consult your doctor or nurse so they can put your mind at ease, if anything.

Good luck & take it easy!

You should just wait a bit. If you've never had sex then you are not pregnant. If you are really nervous, maybe you should go to the doctor. But sometimes its just irregular for teens. I know some people who get it every 6 weeks. It reallly just depends. If nothing strange is happening to you, then its probably nothing serious. But you should definitely go check it out at the docotors office or call an advice nurse if it doesn't come soon.

Don't worry about it at all.
There are many reasons for why your period may be irreguler - none of which need to be worried about.
I know many people that have had their periods for a couple of years now and theirs are still irregular.
Your body is still getting used to the hormonal changes that are occuring.
But if you are really worried, then ask your mom or go see your Doctor.

Because you are so young, it will fluctuate for the first year or two. nothing to worry about. if you stress too much about it, visit the doctor and they will sort it out, but chances are its nothing, its very normal for the 1st year or two to be irregular and the fact that you've never been late before is nothing to go by.

When i was 15 my period would come and then skip a month. I was a virgin too. your body is just getting used to the cycle thing.

There can be many reasons why you are late. Have you changed your diet? Like skipping breakfast, word to the wise, eat breakfast. for girls who get their period, and quit eating breakfast, there is a link to gallstones, I had them by the time i was 17.
Next, are you doing more physical activity, did your sports start up?
Next, are you around more women, or different women, oddly enough, we sync our periods up.
I would not worry about it.

It's normal. Stuff like that happens all the time. Even when you get older. If you don't have it in 28 days of your last I would go to the doctors.
