That is a known scam email. There are HEAPS of these spams going around. Why would anyone official send you an email from a yahoo or hotmail account? Why? Because it is a scam!

Here is a link listing it as a known scam. Sometimes they slightly change the name. But mostly they offer you a job or conference and get you to pay fees to process your immigration papers. Then once you pay, you wont hear from them again.
