Recently many immigrants have been sending their children back to their native countries during their summer vacation. This is a good Idea. The children of immigrants can benefit greatly from these visits to their parents homelands?

because we love it!, I'm an immigrant and honestly, I love my culture and I wouldn't miss any opportunity to go back to country. Like I said before I'm an immigrant and all my friends here are immigrants too, and we visit our county's, because we have friends, family, our culture, speak in your language and that the people understand you feel so good, and I miss the food, and I like to practice my language every time I can, I don't want to forget my language and my friend do the same, sometimes we talk hours and hours about our countries, and we even said bad words in our language when we have a mistake, I think that is because even that we live a country that can be totally or just a little different, you feel like home when you go back for vacations.

Brilliant idea, I got ties back in Calabria, Italy, so it would be nice to go EVERY year, rather then once in a few years. It's good for the children or families-keeping language fluent, meeting up with your blood

Lots of families do this, born in America or not

I thought they sent them back so the parents could party harty without the kids there to bother them. But, I guess your idea makes more sense. My idea is more fun though.
