I have like stretch marks on the side of my boobs. And also I have little bumps towards the middle. I am kinda embarrassed asking this but I need to know, I am only 13 years old and I am kinda over weight too but not by much. Why do I have bumps and stretch marks on my boobs... WTF I am kinda concerned.

you have stretch marks from growing too fast and the bumps are harmless plenty of men and women have them.

We have glands on our breasts that can look like bumps and these are normal as well as the stretch marks.
I would also recommend discussing your concerns with your mom or a trusted adult female friend or female family member if you can't talk to your mom about this although I recommend starting with your mom.
Pls try not to be embarrassed to discuss this with your mom to start off with.
