I am going on my 2nd interview with a company, they told me to come up with 10 questions to ask them. I need help on the questions. Thank you for your help.

2. how shall i get inducted with my job profile?
3. How the company treats it social responsibility?
4. can i give my suggestions for enhencement of company's performanceeventhough it's not in the area of my job profile?
5. what's company's policy for career development of employees?
6. what about my job security?
7. Does the company have planning for expansion?
8. what is the vision of the company?
9. what about employee-employee & employee-employer relations prevailing in the organisation?
10. how the manpower is trained to enhence productivity?

how does your job affect the community?
what is the companies environmental policys?
do they offer support to local charities?
how long has the company existed?
what kind of bennifits will be available to me?
does this company promote from inside the company?
what is the expected company growth for the next five years?
how many people work here?
what is the job turn over rate?
can i have a company car?

jk about the car.. but i recently read when the interveiwer asks a question you should answer theirs and then ask one for them..it shows you actually care about what you are getting into.

If hired, when can I start?
Are you open for suggestions?
How many departments do you have?
How many employees?
What's your turn over rate?
I would not focus on asking about salary. They will ask you. And when they ask you, tell them how much you want$ but tell them that you are open. "you are more on gaining experience and sharing your experience"
