How come Buena Vista uses the disneyland castle logo?

Is it a division of disney or some kind of chain? I've noticed that most "distributed by buena vista" movies carry the disney castle logo.

It is owned by Disney. It's a Disney company. So is ABC and Touchstone. In fact, there is a huge list of what Disney owns at the link below.
