Surfy may not be the BEST- but he is one of the most powerful in the Marvel Universe
He could MAYBE beat the Hulk- But it would be one hell of a fight for both of them

It's all a matter of opinion. He is certainly one of the most powerful, but is usually very reserved about really cutting loose with his power. Some others in the "heavywieght "category are Thor, Adam Warlock, Beta Ray Bill to name a few

NO. If he was, he wouldn't have so many of his comic books getting canceled.
If he was, he would be getting his own movie instead of making a guest appearance on Fantastic Four II.
If he was, he wouldn't be naked all the time, and he would still have his privates.
If he was, he wouldn't have such a dumb name, and I don't mean Silver Surfer, I mean Norrin Radd.
