go to tools, internet options, and change your home page there..

Internet Explorer: tools>internet options>home page. if you have IE 7.0, you can just click the down arrow to the right of the "home" picture
Firefox: tools>options>general>homepage

The easiest way is to click tools>internet options on your browser and then put in your desired Homepage and click apply. If it keeps reverting to something else then your browser has been hijacked and you will need to uninstall whatever adware/spyware has it hijacked.
