Going to a college with more elite students, attending a school because of more to do, and attending a new college because you feel like an outkast of your college and want to start over.

Learning, Safety, Drugs, Peer Pressure, Sex, Drugs.
If you are not learning that is reason enough for me. We teach for success and if you are not succeeding then we are failing you. So if you are not coming up to your expectations, change.
