I just saw the musical Hairspray and it was absolutely wonderful. It was so funny and the acting was great. I would go see it again and again, I highly recommend it.

Too many. I can't choose just one.
Wicked is my most recent favorite, loved the music and the story.
Rent - great songs, The Producers, Annie, The Sound Of Music, Les Miz - music is amazing, Miss Saigon - loved the music and the helicopter, haha,
A Chorus Line - the dancing, Joseph and The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Song & Dance - loved it because it's so unique, the first part is entirely made up of songs and tells Emma's side of the story, the 2nd part tells of Joe's story and is entirely through dancing. (I just saw it again on Sunday in the Philippines)..... and a lot more...

My favorite is West Side Story. The transposing of the story of Romeo and Juliet to the gangs of New York brings both classic and modern conflicts to life. Leonard Bernsteins's incredible score and songs, the powerful lyrics by the young Steven Sondheim, the choreography, the structure, the life and honest emotion that fill the stage, make this one the best of the best.

Wicked. I've only seen pirated films of it, but even those are AMAZING! I own the CD, the books, the posters... the music is phenominal. I would fly out to New York JUST to see it if I had the money!

I agree w/ u Wicked is soooo good. It is the best play on broadway. I LOVE IT!!!

Wicked is really good and is also my favorite, but Phantom of the Opera is very good. It has a very good cast and crew you should go and see it. Don't see the movie it sucks but the musical is spactacular!

Cats! But I thought the idea of a musical about "Cats" was insane...up until the night I first saw it.
