Panic! At the Disco?

Question

Ok, well, has anyone seen the new music video from P!ATD? Go to youtube and watch it! Its for the song "Build god then we'll talk"

I personally love the video. I think any other band would just illustrate what happens in the song, which is quite specific; but just as with their "Lying...clothes off" video, they go entirely outside the box, and give a completely different perspective, just like their titles. Not everyone would like it, and PATD know that perfectly well. But they do it anyway. They are nothing if not original, and they clearly don't care about winning another award, they prefer their originality to caring what people think about them; which gives me more hope that they will not sell out like some bands.

The video itself adds to the song instead of limiting it by merely showing what is already told; it doesn't purport to explain anything in the song involving the story of the motel, lawyer, "virgin", etc. It just gives us a new story and, instead of spoonfeeding the material to the audience, it makes you figure out the connection to the words and title yourself- "here's the story, take the rest of it and figure out the theme". And the nice thing is, it might be different for everybody.

I can't help but think of them as brilliant.
