Dwight Howard and Amare Stoudamire

Both are young and although offensively raw, they are extremely athletic. i think having both these twin tower type players in the middle is a formidable two-some to try and score against.

if by some reason i cant get them, my second option would be...

Dirk and Yao

Both players are nearly unstoppable in their positions. not sur ehow they would fair together, but id like to see it. Yao will draw double teams and be able to kick it to a good shooter and passer in dirk. would be nice to see some international flair

I'd deinately take KG and Dirk, cause KG is 1 of the best Defensive PF's in the NBA always gets bunch of Blocks and Boards, and scores over 25 PPG every year, and Dirk also gets bunch of Rebounds, and scores over 25 PPG also, and he can shoot 3 pointers just as good as any other big guy in the NBA really, so u'd have outside and inside scoring from the duo and it'd be hard to double team or even cover either of em single handedly with the other offensive weapon bein on the court, which would leave the G's open all game for easy wide open 3 point shots, so I'd definately take KG and Dirk

Garnett with Dwight Howard

Both are young who can help eachother and just dominate the glass

Those two guys can help your team dominate the glass and by doing this give you more possessions

Both are also good defenders and Garnett has the complete package of scoring, rebounding, and passing while Howard is still learning on offense but has all the tools to be something special and really eats up the boards

The word is DOMINATION and these two guys would DOMINATE the glass

Dirk Nowitzki. Unbelievable. Been in the league for years and he's STILL improving. His assists were almost at five a game last month.

Dwight Howard. What an absolute freak. All that size and strength combined with a shooting touch and amazing athletic ability. Kevin Garnett doesn't want to play against him in his prime.

With Nowitzki's shooting touch and ever expanding game and with Howard's ability to control the paint against anyone. I can't imagine a better frontcourt right now. Even though I wrestled with the thought of Garnett and Stoudemire. But ultimately I chose upside over injuries and age.

I would go with Stuoudemire and Nowitzki, because of their versatility and they both almost average double-doubles, but someone already picked them so I'll pick another pair. Yao Ming was a beast this year before he got injured, he was averaging more points than both Dirk and Amare at 25.9 and averaged 9.4 boards, only slightly less than Dirk and Amare. His post play has vastly improved and he is becoming a more physical player as he averaged 2.2 blocks per game, way more than Dirk and Amare. Teamed with him I would have Jermaine O'neal. Another beast in the paint, he is one of the few players to average a double-double this season ( 19.8 points and 10.2 boards per game ). His ability to turn back shots ( 3.0 per game & second in the NBA among qualified leaders ) will make my tandom one of the hardest to score upon on the inside.

i have to take kg and dirk, kg can pretty much dominate most aspects of the game (22.7 pts, 12.6 rbnds, 4.3 ast) and dirk is a very good shooter and a really smart player and also has very impressive stats (25.4 pts, 9.6 rbnds, 3.8 ast) and both shoot around 50%

Kobe bryant can own all but i would take amare stoudemire for offense and dirk nowitzki
