It's silly but.....Lawn care! If you aren't doing it to make a living you can make a few hundred dollars a month passive and it's a good investment.....I don't mean doing it yourself! Buy a truck, trailer, riding lawn mower, push mower and weed eater...Pick a cute name like Clips or something like that and put it on the side of your truck and trailor.....hire a college kid for the summer...put in ad in the paper. I have 3 trucks and trailors now(this is just a side thing) and I make about $300 bucks a truck after expenses a month. Thats all passive! And I even get my lawn done for free. Heres a hint.....contact local Property Management companies........they always enjoy new bids.....Go even farther, form an LLC and have a sellable business! hope this sparks something

I have a home business in health and wellness that you can work part time, investment is just under $200 USD, and can be built into something incredible over time. You just have to treat it like a million dollar business, put in the work and watch it grow!

Depends on your skills and what is part time. Can you travel? Do you have a phone? I would be willing to hire someone to help me find employees for my nationwide telephone book delivery service. Contact me if interested. Second suggestion--if you live in a metropolitan area you can easily offer services like grocery shopping and local deliver or pick to senior citizens for a nominal fee ($5.00-$10.00) max. Local senior centers and aging counselors will even advertise or help you for free! Later you can develop a broader market and charge higher fees for non seniors. Totally free start up and hardly any expense.
