I would want the option to turn my magic touch on and off, remember in Greek mythology King Midas everything he touched turned into gold. Including his food, his family, and eventually himself.
I would want the ability to change things into gold, just not everything. I wouldn't be able to do anything if I couldn't control myself. =)
