Do you mean OEM?

OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer and is a company who produces a product that is to be sold to an end user. Dell, Compaq, HP, and Sony are all examples of OEMs because they don't make the components of the computer, they assemble them and sell them to end users.

I have never heard of OES, sorry.
