She's 2 days late for her period and im starting to feel the pressure.
I dont know what to do if she's pregnant on the count that she's 17 and im 19 and both our parents are very strict in this particular topic. I need advice, i am not ready to be a father, what should i do?

1. Don't panic until you know for sure
- sometimes the body likes to mess with your mind!
2. If your not ready to be a father then STOP HAVING SEX!!! or at least WRAP IT UP!!!

the majority of the times, most periods are 28 days in length, but that does not mean that it is 100%. Stress can prolong a period from coming. If she has not had a period 2 weeks form when it SHOULD have started, then I would do an HPT. Have her pee on one the first specimen in the morning (that is when the pregnancy hormone is the most concentrated).
I am not sure whether I would worry about being a father...I would be more concerned about you going to jail for a good while and being a convicted sex offender (a felony) because you are an adult and she is not.

Wait it out for a couple more days. If your girlfriend is stressed out, this may delay her period.
You can usually find pregnancy tests that will test up to five days before your missed period. If you can't wait, find these tests and buy it for your girlfriend.
If she is pregnant, the two of you need to sit down and talk about what is best for both of you and what's best and most fair to the baby.
Your parents will be upset and first, but they will get over it.
On account of you not being ready to be a father, it's a little late to be thinking of that now!

just give it sometime. she may not be pregnant.it may just come late maybe even a month late. just dont go into things right away. i was the same exact way a couple days ago and im not ready to be a mom quite yet im only 18 and senior in high school i know how you feel because this was my second scare...so give her a month if nothing still get a pregnancy test done. good luck though. you can contact me to tak if ya need someone to talk to

You're not going to be able to know for sure until she can take a pregnancy test. Let this scare be a reminder to you, if your not ready to be responsible for another life, use protection. Not only will it keep you from fathering a child, but it will protect you from those nasty things that will haunt you possibly for the rest of your life-STDs. Just so you know, I have lots of friends that don't have periods for weeks after they're supposed to. And...don't forget, February was a short month, so if she expects it on a certain day of every month she needs to recalculate. Good luck!

Well before you freak out, you should probably go to the store and buy a pregnancy test. They are pretty cheap at a dollar store or wal-mart wherever. Generic works just as good as namebrand. I am sure everything will be just fine no matter how things turn out. You should discuss the possibilities of your actions before you had sex. Maybe try a form of birthcontrol next time and it might ease your mind. If she is pregnant you are responsible for someone's life. You could try adoption or talk to your parents, even though they are strict they have all been young and scared at one point of their lives. Good luck and be careful!

Wait 8-10 days and take a pregnancy test. You'll have an 84% chance of getting back the correct reading. If she' pregnant consider abortion or adoption unless either one of your parents are willing to foot the bill for this child.

I am not going to lecture you, you are feeling the pressure now, that should be enough.
Go get a pregnancy test, you can get one just about at any store. Find out if she is before you start thinking about what to do if she is. So go get the test what are you two waiting for?

Dude, you shouldn't be having sex if your not ready to have a child, i understand that having sex is awesome and something that is enjoyable but dude, its your own fault, being the age you are you should have thought about this before hand...and abortion is killing, tho it maybe legal, there is still a human growing inside of her...don't get an abortion unless your ready to call yourself a murder as well...

Use protection next time or stop having sex until you are ready to step up and be a dad. If she is pregnant...please be a good man and step up to the responsibility and help her with the baby.
