Nausea sucks during pregnancy. I had it all the time. Gateraid over ice, dry fruit loops first thing in the morning, an apple and a glass of milk before bed always helped me. Small bland meals and seperating solids from liquids help also. If nausea gets too uncomforting for you, call your doctor for a prescription. It's nice to feel comfortable during pregnancy without the side affect right? Congrats and good luck!

Yes, and it always made me feel kinda hungry. I ended up gaining 80 lbs. It was gone the day I had my kids.

It's a good sign that you have a strong healthy pregnancy.

GOOD LUCK!

Try eating something. Your doctor could prescribe something.
