please tell me why i feel nasty after haveing sex with men? i am an adult and when i think about it i really like the idea but after i feel nasty,

You have either a strict, possibly religious upbringing or you are not a physical person by nature who sweats much. There may also be sexual misconduct to you or by someone you loved/respected in the past.
Don't let the past ruin your present and future love-ins. Sex with the right guy is a good thing!

Because you are sleeping around and hopefully you are smart enough to at least use protection. You really should wait until marriage to have sex though and you need counseling and help for feeling dirty as well. Have you been abused in the past or something?

look, i was single and i have been around the block a few times. but i never walked away feeling nasty. i was having fun. no regrets. i played my single time. i am now happily married and i love it! still no regrets to my single life.

It might not be you. If they just get up and walk out, I would feel pretty cruddy. I want snuggles and comments like it was good or something like that.
