yeah most people wouldn't say sadness, but like...you can't be full of good emotions. what are you gonna do when somebody dies or something like that? you have to be able to be sad. life isn't that easy.

Happy, Love and Compassion. Too often I hurt for the pain others go through. It's not healthy. I want to feel compassion but not be overwhelmed as I always get and actually feel pain for something someone else is going through.
