What skills or education is needed for a job with the FBI, or something similar with the U.S. Government? Do they train you, or do you need training beforehand?

The FBI tends to look for at least a four year degree and a area of specialty such as law, accounting, foreign languages. They also want job experience not just someone out of school.

I believe with the FBI you need a 4 year degree and have to be fluent in at least 2 languages, plus pass the rigorous physical exam.

if your looking into the FBI you should either have a forensics background with 3 years of local law enforcement or sometype of foreign language skills or an accounting degree.
