There is stainless steel polish sold in places that sell industrial cleaners. What I'd try first though is rubbing compound. This is available from your local auto parts store like Pep Boys or Advance Auto. It is a polish with a very fine abrasive in it, and works well for many small scratches in paint and on many metals. Also, strange though it may sound, I recently used good old crest toothpaste to get a small scrape mark off my sister's car. Same principle - there is a very mild abrasive in toothpaste.

Sheesh, darlin' ...with a Rolex, I'd go to my jeweler and ask them to buff them out! I wouldn't risk it myself!

If you were talking about a stainless steel sink, I'd suggest steel wool pads... but not with a Rolex!
