Nope, I don't feel pregnant at all! I'm 13 weeks now, and... nothing :)
I still have fatigue, headaches and morning sickness (allday sickness in my case). Really, it feels like I have prolonged stomach flu. Everyone assures me it will pass very soon and I will start to feel pregnant. So there's hope for us yet!

Be careful what you wish for. LOL!
I didn't feel pregnant w/ my son for the first several weeks...then the all day morning sickness and fatigue hit. Luckily, I figured out eating (especially a little protein) several times a day (usually every 2 hours or so) and anytime I woke up at night was the key to banishing the nausea. The fatigue, however....Ugh!
Then again, you might be one of those lucky women who feel healthier and more vital during pregnancy than any other time of her life. Good luck!

Enjoy that now. In a few months when the baby starts moving you will "feel it" And at 9 months you will really wish you didn't feel it. You'll be bloated, tired, huge (beautiful) and feeling all kinds of pregnant!
Enjoy! Good Luck!
