alright well i might be pregnant my periods late,.. my boyfriend wants to have a kid and i don't know what to do, because he's 18 and im 15, could he go to jail?, and i know i'm way to young to be having a kid..it's alot of responsibilty.. idk what to do!

Yes he could go to jail. Why are you not on birth control?
If you know your way too young for the responsibilty of a kid then why have sex? You should go to jail for lack of common sense. The only help your going to get is helping your ownself. You wanted to play now looks like your going to have to pay for the next 18 years. Good luck and Congrats!!!!

Well first off, yes your boyfriend can go to jail for statutory rape, IF someone presses charges. You might want to get a pregnancy test (go to planned parenthood) and find out if you're pregnant. If you are, personally I dont think you should have it (aka raise it) because your too young, and honestly, what kind of future do you think you could provide for your child, when you dont even have a high school diploma? And your boyfriend, at 18, is not ready to be a dad, I dont care how mature he is. I would either look into getting an abortion (if you're ok with that) which will be covered under your health insurance (check first, and go through planned parenthood to make sure you dont get some quack) or think about putting it up for adoption. Or ask your parents for help. But dont throw your life and the life of your baby away by trying to keep it yourself. Grow up first and then think about having kids.

Have him come over and talk with you and your parents about the situation. He should be able to lay out how he plans to provide for and support a child. If he has a good job with medical benefits and a place for you to live, maybe your should considered getting married and becoming a family. If, like many 18 year old boys, he thinks it would be "cool" to have living proof of his ability to make a baby but has no plan or means to support and care for a child then him "wanting to have a kid" is irresponsible and immature. At 15, you have limited options unless being dependent on welfare has been your life's dream.
If you do not want to have a baby, the choices are to terminate the pregnancy or have the baby and give it up for adoption. Hopefully, your period is just late and you are not pregnant. If that is the case then consider going to Planned Parenthood or a similar clinic and obtaining some sort of contraception so you do not have to be in this situation at your age. You have your WHOLE LIFE in front of you girl and you should only have a baby when you are in a stable, committed relationship with the means to support and care for a child. Very few 15 year olds are at this place.

the majority of the times, most periods are 28 days in length, but that does not mean that it is 100%. Stress can prolong a period from coming. If you have not had a period 2 weeks from when it SHOULD have started, then I would do an HPT. Pee on one of the HPT sticks the first specimen in the morning (that is when the pregnancy hormone is the most concentrated).
I am not sure whether I would worry about you being a mother and he a father ...I would be more concerned about him going to jail for a good while and being a convicted sex offender (a felony) because he is an adult and you are not.

The first thing you should do is to take a pregnancy test and try to see a doctor as soon as possible. There are many free clinics around the country. As far as a statutory rape charge, it would depend on the state you live in. Each state has different laws. If you turn out NOT to be pregnant, please be responsible and use some sort of birth control. 15 is very young to have a baby.

First things first don't stress. Stressing can actually make your period late. You need to determine if you are pregnant before wondering what you should do. Yes 15 is young to have a baby, but people have done it and survived. I'm not saying have the baby and raise it. No one, not even your bf can tell you what's best for you. This is something that will affect you for the rest of your life. You have to make this decision yourself. As far as your bf going to jail.....it depends the the law in your state.

Yes he can very well go to jail, anyone over the age of 17 who has sex with someone under 16 is child molesting which holds a 5-15 year jail sentence and once he gets out he has to register as a Sex Offender, it does not matter if you report him or not, if somehow the cops get ahold of the information they will arrest him.
15 year olds have kids all the time, sad but true. What you need to do is sit down with your parents and tell them your pregnant. It is going to be hard to raise a baby so young but it is possible, many teen moms have graduated HS and went onto college and if you feel you can not handle HS and a baby or you can not get anyone to watch the baby while at school drop out and get your GED, A GED is the same thing as a HS diploma and you can go to college with it.
I was 16 when I got pregnant and graduated and am starting college in September. I went to a HS that has the highest rate of teen pregnancy in our state and almost every teen mom I new graduated and most of them went onto college. My friend had twin girls her Junior year and is now in her second year of college.
You should check out justmommies.com and go to the teen mommies&mommies 2b forum , they are helpful and know what you are going threw and it is not one of those chat sites that people only post every few days, the girls there post everyday and all day long.

Why rush to get pregnant and have a boyfriend, did you know people today lives until 90s and there's only 10% of the chance, that teens will stay with their partners when they grow up. You got another 30 years to have a baby, so tell your bf to lay off!

If you're too young to have a kid then don't have sex. In some states he could go to jail if your parents pressed charges. Take a pregnancy test, if you're pregnant give the baby up for adoption to go to a loving family.

umm yeah you are to young and yeah he can surely go to jail as a child molestor.i just hope you arent pregnant cuz things could go down hill. but ya never know if youre parents arent strict or anything then ok but get a test done to be sure of it all. good luck hun.
