I had a c-section. Both my babies were breech and wouldn't have come out naturally. You can have them naturally if one or both is head down. The second usually turns around and is birthed normally but sometimes but not often the second child will turn around and not come out and then the mother has to have a c-section anyway to have the 2nd child.
A lot of doctors avoid the whole mess through a scheduled c-section. That's my preference as well. It's much easier than natural child birth and the kids come out perfect looking and not all smooshy faced and angry. Much less traumatic for all concerned.

It can go 3 ways

1)You give birth to both naturally
2)You deliver one natural and one by C-Section
3)You deliver both by C-section

My best friend had twin boys threw C-section 2 months ago because she wan not dilating and my other friend had twin girls 3 years ago, first baby natural and the second baby by C-section

The same way you give birth to one, or triplets, or quads - what's your question?

They both have to be in the right position to deliver naturally, otherwise you will have to deliver by c-section.
