Can he have anything to do with it? And how can I find out if he does have something to do with it when no one is talking and everyone is scared of him? He is the captain of the football team at school and is the strongest biggest guy and he is very tight with his buddies..
He always checks me out and when I pass by him and his buds he says "She is my ex-girlfriend" (like they didn't know) loud enough that I hear.
and mind you we broke up 2 years ago.

He's a loser. And sounds like it the kind of guys your after the kind that care what he thinks, not you. Find yourself a guy outside of his circle of influence.

why don't you do the same? everytime you pass by him, tell your friends he is your ex and tell them why you broke up. he mgiht have said bad things about you behind your back that other guys don't like you, not necessarily because he is big or something

Could be. Maybe. He may be getting weird on you. Tell his friends that you think he's "light in the loafers" - that'll make him stop.

unless his "buds" are gay, they are probably scared of him. just humiliate him in publc a couple times and they'll get over him.
