ok people, the ps3 has been out for some 4 months now, and today motor storm comes out. it looks like a sweet game. i want to know what you guys think of the ps3. anyone that has it. are you happy with it. are you glad you got it. let me know your opinions. thanks

I am extremely happy with it. It is an affordable Blu-Ray player. I know with past consoles you could buy a console because you want to play a particular game but you can't do that anymore without paying hundreds of dollars. I bought my ps3 three months ago and bought all the major titles. Now, I am eagerly awaiting Assassin's Creed, MSG and other big games. I have all three of the next gen titles and I am happy with all three. Each of them have their strengths and weaknesses. All those people that say that pS3 is going to fail have short memories. It took Microsoft 6-9 months to start releasing good titles. Sony held off on their release date because they wanted to work out all of the issues. Think about it this way. If you decide to buy the 360 with the external HDDVD the prices become pretty comparable. IF money is not an option, buy all three and you will know what I mean. Those that say that the graphics are not much better than the 360 hasn't played a game in true high def

I downloaded the demo for Motor Storm and the graphics looks amazing. The gameplay is pretty good too. Anyway, I love my PS3 because it's everything that I expected and more. Yes, I'm glad I bought it and the price is so worth it. It actually cost more to build a PS3, so the price is very fair. If you do some research and find out all the hardware that goes into building the PS3 than you would agree with me. It is totally worth buying.

i dont own one, nut i can tell you what ive heard... yes the graphics are good, but as of now, not significantly better than the 360's, so i decided to buy a 360 cuz it has way better games comin for it. but i played motostorm in the store and it looked like the best racing game ive ever played, and if i had waisted 5-600 dollars on a ps3 i would probably buy it, but i say if u do own a ps3, u should rent this game, because racing/sports games are hardly ever worth the money...

personally im happy with mine. I mean I there isnt a lot of games out right now and the online system that sony put up isnt that good yet but all around im happy with my purchase.

MOTORSTORM IS GOOD
BUT IF UR GOIN TO BUY THE PS3 for this game
BUY THE XBOX 360 SAME GRAPHICS CHEAPER
U DONT NEED THE BLURAY PLAYER TRUST ME :P
