I fill my sink with really hot water (so hot you can't put your hand in it) and some dish washing detergent. Put you skillet in this and let it soak for a good length of time, at least 15 min. Then use a wooden spoon or plastic spatula to scrape off as much as possible. Sense it's aluminum most scouring pads will scratch it, but you could use one if you so choose - whose going to see the bottom :)

throw it out, get a new non stick skillet from walmart made by t-fal, it was about 18 dollars for the 12 inch one, i have been through so many frying pans since i met rick, mr bacon and eggs, but this one is holding up well, that brown no stick just wont do it.
